FAQ

How long do helium balloons stay inflated? 

While several factors can affect how long a balloon lasts, a helium-filled 12-inch latex balloon typically floats for at least 24 hours. Foil helium balloons and bubble balloons generally last longer, staying inflated for 2 to 5 days. The duration depends on the environment and how well you care for the balloons. We use only trusted manufacturers and treat our latex balloons with a special sealant to extend their life. You will often discover that our balloons fly longer than indicated time. 

How do I care for my helium balloons to help them last longer?

-Keep them indoors at normal room temperature.

-Avoid heat or changes in temperature to prevent bursting.  

-Avoid direct sunlight and humidity to prevent oxidation. 

-Keep away from sharp objects and pets.

-Balloons delivered in bags should be removed immediately, as leaving them in the bags can significantly reduce their float time.

-Leaving balloons in a hot car may cause them to pop. 

Can helium balloons be used outdoors?

We advice not leaving your balloons outdoors for extended periods. Heat, sun, and wind can negatively affect their look and how long they float. Wind speeds up the release of helium from the balloon, which shortens its float time. Sun and humidity exposure can make latex balloons appear cloudy, and extreme heat may even cause them to pop. To keep your balloons looking their best, it's best to keep them indoors.

What are your payment terms? 

We require 100% advance payment, to be made at least 1 day before your order is prepared—ideally sooner to secure your delivery slot. After placing an order on our website, you’ll receive confirmation and a payment link via WhatsApp. Feel free to message us anytime to go over details!

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order early to ensure your preferred balloons are in stock and your delivery slot is available.We do accept last-minute orders when possible. Most foil balloons require advance notice. To ensure the best float time, balloons are inflated a few hours before delivery to allow the sealant to dry. Message us when you're ready to order!

Can i return my order?

We cannot accept returns on inflated balloons. Because these items are made-to-order and perishable, they cannot be reused or resold.

What if the person is not in to sign for the delivery?

We know that sending a gift is usually meant to be a surprise, but we recommend letting your recipient know a parcel is on the way to help ensure the balloons arrive in perfect condition.

If the recipient is not home, the courier will attempt to leave the balloons at the door if possible, or with another person who can receive them securely. Please note that we cannot offer delivery fees or item refunds if the recipient is unavailable. 

What happens if my balloons arrive damaged?

We understand the importance of sending gifts to your loved ones, which is why we make sure your balloons arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that they arrive damaged, just send us a photo right away. 

Once the balloons are delivered, we are no longer responsible for any damages or losses.

Can i release balloons?

Absolutely NOT! Releasing balloons into the environment can contribute to pollution and pose a threat to wildlife.
