Flying Time
Balloon Flying Time – What to Expect
At Celebrate, we take great care to ensure your helium balloons look beautiful and last as long as possible. However, it’s important to understand that balloon flying time depends on many factors, and while we do our best to optimize for longevity, some variables are simply out of anyone’s control.
Guaranteed 24-Hour Float Time
We guarantee a minimum of 24 hours of flying time for all foil balloons and latex balloons treated with our special sealant. In practice, many of our customers find that balloons last much longer—especially when kept in the right conditions.
That said, there are important things to keep in mind:
Factors That Affect Balloon Flying Time
1. Balloon Type, Size & Weight
Flying time varies depending on the balloon's type and size.
Additional decorations like feathers, confetti, tassels, or bows make the balloon heavier, which reduces its flying time.
2. Weather and Environment
Hot temperatures and high humidity, especially common during summer in Dubai, will shorten balloon's flying time.
Air-conditioned indoor spaces are generally best for extending float time.
3. Handling and Storage
Balloons are delicate. Rough handling, exposure to sharp surfaces, or being kept in vehicles for long periods can significantly reduce their lifespan.
Keeping balloons away from windows, direct sunlight, fans, and sharp edges helps them last longer.
