Delivery Timing

Our delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 22:00 PM. Need a delivery outside these times? Just send us a WhatsApp message and we’ll do our best to help!

When placing your order, kindly include a 1-hour delivery window during which you’d like to receive your items. Our team will deliver any time within that window, depending on route planning and traffic conditions.

Please note that while we always strive to be punctual, delays may occur due to force majeure events such as road closures, accidents, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such rare cases, you will be updated on the revised delivery schedule.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Dubai. Backdrop and large-scale decorations can be arranged in other Emirates. Get in touch on WhatsApp to explore options.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be confirmed after you place your order. Below is a general guide for your reference:

Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT, and areas within 10 km from Marina – AED 19

Business Bay, Downtown, and areas within 25 km from Marina – AED 29

Other areas around Dubai – AED 39

Orders over AED 400 – Free delivery across Dubai

Recipient Availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If not, our team may leave it at the door or with someone nearby if safe to do so. We can’t offer refunds for missed deliveries due to unavailability.
